If you haven't made the effort to check out Donut Falls, go today! It was the easiest hike, minimal elevation climb. The scenery is fantastic all the way up. The end viewing is candy to your eyes, not kidding!!
Once you arrive at the end, there is a wall of rocks just like this picture is showing you!! We weren't sure how to get to the top without getting in the water. When we went the trail had signs posted all over about not getting into the water. My advice to you is don't pay attention to the signs. If you try to maneuver around the rocks and stay out of the water, you will feel like your life is in danger! I'm not kidding about that either. Just head straight up the wall of rocks and be prepared to get your shoes a little wet. Once we made that decision, the climb was fun, enjoyable and no chance of death!
These pictures don't do the falls justice. I am constantly amazed by God's creations. We are so blessed to have such beauty in our backyard.
